Delivery Policy
We aim to post all U.K orders within 3-5 working days, 1st class Royal Mail post. Please allow 7 working days to cover any postal delays etc If an item has not arrived, it is always worth checking with your local sorting office, as we have had instances when delivery has been attempted, but no card left. If this fails, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation. If you need an item for a specific date, please advise us at the point of order/ or send an email via the ‘contact us’ page. We will do our absolute best to meet any such requests.
Refund Policy
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact The Baby Gift Shop immediately. In the case of broken glass, where possible do not sign to accept delivery of the consignment. If an order is signed for and no contact is made with The Baby Gift Shop within 3 days of the time and date of signature, The Baby Gift Shop will not accept liability for the damage to the order.
For international orders all customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The Baby Gift Shop does not accept any liability in any rare instances of damage to goods in transit. However insurance covering replacement and all related delivery costs is available. Returning Items Bought Online
We make it easy to return items, even gifts. Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return merchandise that is still in new condition, however you will be liable for the costs of delivery.
To return an item:
- Pack the item carefully using the original packaging.
- Send the item back to us, insured for the item's full retail value, to the address below:
